Pat Pless
Secretary
Pat may have the title of Secretary here at West Point, but that would be an understatement to all she takes care of to help keep the wheels rolling. If you call or correspond with us, most likely, you have heard from Pat. We’re grateful to have Pat with us here at West Point during the week to make sure the office is running smoothly.

Niki Melton
Children / Youth Leader
Niki Melton has been blessed to work in various capacities of ministry in the Charlotte area over the past decade, including the last three years leading Children and Youth. Her heart for the next generation is for them to know and personally experience the hope that can only be found through Christ!
Niki enjoys writing, video games, music, and bad puns. With her relatable teaching style, her aim is to have authentic conversations with students about life and the real relationship God desires for us to have with Him and with others. Niki lives in Huntersville with her husband Jason, their two children Sydney and Liam, three cats, and a turtle.
